Bulgaria's Prime Minister, Boyko Borisov, released from his duties Deputy Foreign Minister, Milen Lyutskanov, the cabinet's press office informs Friday.
The change is due to the restructuring and optimizing of the Ministry's work, according to the pres release. The post is now closed and the Foreign Ministry remains with two Deputies – the recently appointed former Ambassador to Israel, Dimitar Tsanchev, and Konstantin Dimitrov.
Lyutskanov is the second Deputy Foreign Minister to vacate the position, after Marin Raykov was appointed Ambassador to France. Lyutskanov is most likely to also receive a diplomatic appointment abroad.
