20-year-old German forward Thomas Mueller has grabbed the Golden Boot and the Best Young Player titles at the 2010 World Cup in South Africa.

Mueller won the adidas Golden Boot thanks to his 5 goals and 3 assists in Germany's matches in South Africa. The only match he missed was the semi-final against Spain because of getting a yellow card in the quarter-final against Argentina.

Spain's David Villa remained with the adidas Silver Boot because of having 5 goals and one assist, while Netherlands' Wesley Sneijder is given the adidas Bronze Boot for finishing with exactly the same achievements as Villa.

Both Villa and Sneijder failed to achieve anything worth remembering in the World Cup final Sunday night.

Thomas Mueller is also the holder of the Hyundai Best Young Player title for becoming a star contributor to Germany's national football team after having only one season in Bayern Munich's first team.
