Bronislaw Komorowski, candidate of Poland's ruling pro-business party, Civic Platform (PO), has won Sunday's presidential election, exit polls showed.
An exit poll released Sunday by the TNS OBOP institute predicted Komorowski winning 53.1% of the vote, while right-wing opposition leader Kaczynski won 46.9%.
A separate poll, by Millward Brown SMG/KRC, shows Komorowski with 51.1 and Kaczynski with 48.9%.
Both polls had a margin of error of plus or minus 1%.
Official results are expected Monday.
Neither Bronislaw Komorowski nor Jaroslaw Kaczynski won more than 50% in the first round on 20 June.
Komorowski has been acting president since his predecessor, Kaczynski's twin brother Lech, was killed in a plane crash as he travelled to Russia.
Poland's first couple and 94 other people died when their plane came down in Smolensk on 10 April as they flew to attend a memorial ceremony for the World War II Katyn massacre.
