Chief Architect of Bulgaria's Plovdiv Loses License over DUI

The drivers license of the Chief Architect of the Bulgaria's second largest city of Plovdiv, Rumen Rusev, has been suspended over DUI.

The information was reported by the Plovdiv police.

Rusev was stopped last Thursday and refused to undergo an alcohol check and a blood alcohol test.

The Chief Architect faces having his drivers license taken away for anywhere between one year and 18 months alongside paying a fine of BGN 500 to 1 000.
