Bulgarian Police Bust 2 More from "Impudent" Kidnappers' Gang

Two more members of Bulgaria’s high-profile kidnappers’ gang were detained Saturday by the Bulgarian police as part of the continuing special operation codenamed “The Impudent”.

The names of the two men are Lyubomir Simeonov, aka “Grebetsa” (i.e. “The Rower”) and Daniel Dimitrov, aka “Releto” (i.e. “The Relay”).

The two men were arrested as they were entering Bulgaria from Serbia at the Kalotina border crossing point.

Thus, the total number of arrested people who belonged to the gang responsible for at least 12 (and possibly more) of the 19 high-profile kidnappings in Bulgaria over the last two years has reached 27.
