Two of the players from one Bulgaria’s top football teams CSKA Sofia have received knife wounds after a drunken row outside ‘Sin City’ nightclub at 3 am Saturday in Sofia.
Ivan Ivanov and Ivan Karadzhov were slightly injured on the arm and leg respectively after an argument over a parking space outside the Sofia nightclub. The police are now investigating the incident and the footballers have now been checked out of ‘Pirogov’ hospital.
Ivanov and Karadzhov have been in a number of recent scandals, one of which led to them being left out of the squad by Lyuboslav Penev for a Europa League clash after they ‘violated club discipline’.
They both were also involved in a scandalous interview in early December, which drew the wrath of coaching staff and fans alike, after they slammed some of their fellow CSKA players.
