The parliamentary group of the conservative Order, Law and Justice (RZS) party issued Friday a declaration demanding the removal of the Speaker, Tsetska Tsacheva, for one session.
RZS's strongly object to the Speaker's decision, which, according to them, is completely unfounded. The conservative MPs insist that Tsacheva recalls her decision, threatening to demand her removal over insulting an MP.
RZS will also request from the Constitutional Court to rule on the case and will notify the ombudsman about the Speaker abusing her power.
Tsacheva countered that she cannot leave the Friday debates as requested by RZS because they are chaired by another MP, adding the parliamentary code does not include the option of a group dispute of a sanction.
The Speaker said that if Yanev does not follow the procedure to log an individual objection, she would consider the complaint non-existent.
