Sofia Mayor Elections: Final Scores of All 18 Candidates

A total of 259 848 votes were cast in Sunday's by-elections for a new Sofia Mayor, the Municipal Electoral Commission announced.
This is the lowest voter turnout in Sofia of all time - only 23,17% of the eligible voters went to the polls.
The elected new Mayor, Yordanka Fandakova, from the GERB party, supported by Ataka and the Blue Coalition, received exactly 170 796 votes (66,23%).
Georgi Kadiev from the Bulgarian Socialist Party-led Coalition for Bulgaria got 71 453 votes (27,7%).
Pavel Popov from the conservative RZS (“Order, Law, Justice”) party got 7 282 votes (2,82%).
Teodor Dechev, independent supported by the Bloggers’ Union and the “Greens” Party – 2 111 votes (0,82%).
Valentin Simov, “Ecoglasnost” and Green Party – 1 479 votes (0,57%).
Ivan Antikadzhiev, Union of Free Democrats of former Sofia Mayor Stefan Sofiyanski – 1 040 votes (0,4%).
Iliya Bozhinov, “Bulgarian Left” party – 946 votes (0,37%).
Emil Antonov, Bulgarian National-Radical Party – 463 (0,18%).
Georgi Zhekov (independent) – 447 (0,17%).
Maya Grozdanova (Socialist Youth Union) – 364 (0,14%).
Tatyana Papazova (Bulgarian Workers’ Party – communists) – 257 (0,1%).
Anton Genov (“Bulgarian Democratic Community” Party) – 242 (0,09%).
Sava Garbuzanov (United Party of Pensioners of Bulgaria) – 226 (0,09%)
Vikotoria Daneva (Bulgarian Communist Party) – 204 (0,08%).
Kristiyan Krastev (Bulgarian Business Bloc) – 191 (0,07%).
Siyka Naydenova (Bulgarian Workers-Socialist Party) – 177 (0,07%).
Hristo Atanasov (Libertas Bulgaria) – 112 (0,04%).
Ventsislav Karpachev (Bulgarian Workers-Peasants’ Party) – 93 (0,04%).
