Nephew Blamed for Brutal Murder of Aunt and Cousin in Bulgaria

The 17-year-old nephew of Gergana Ivanova has been officially blamed for her brutal murder and the murder of her 9-year-old daughter Dayana in Karnobat.

The nephew, Tanyo Dimov, who died in hospital Tuesday evening, stabbed his aunt Gergana a number of times during a fight at her house. 9-year-old Dayana was then slaughtered and her body was thrown in a bedroom.

Local police reported that the whole inside of the house was covered in blood and Dimov was discovered locked in the bathroom alive after cutting his own throat.
