North Korea has launched two short-range missiles off its East coast Monday morning.

No details have been released by either North or South Korea about the missiles, South Korea's Yonhap news agency reported on Monday.

The latest firings come as North Korea has said it is ready to return to international talks on its nuclear weapons program, though it insisted on holding talks first with the United States.
