India Embassy Employee Attacked in Bulgaria Capital

An employee of the Indian Embassy in Sofia was attacked by three men late last night near the center of the Bulgarian capital.

The incident happened near Pliska hotel in the capital, the Interior Ministry press office reported.

The 50-year-old man who was attacked received minor injuries after being beaten continuously. A report of the incident was received by local police who are currently searching for the attackers.
