Italian Police Arrest Three Bulgarians in Separate Incidents

The Carabinieri in Todi, Central Italy have arrested a Bulgarian woman and two Italian men for a robbery of fine ceramics from a local company.

The three who live in Perugia were arrested while they were unloading the van of expensive ceramics after the robbery. The 19-year-old Bulgarian and her accomplices were given EUR 200 fines and sentenced to 6 months in jail, the AGI news agency reported.

Elsewhere in Italy the Italian police (Carabinieri) arrested two Bulgarian men in Lonate Pozzolo, they are 22 and 31 years old respectively. Vareze news reported that they had stolen a large quantity of copper electric conductors and a trailer.

The police caught them after setting up road blocks in the area and it is reported that they are now in a local prison awaiting trial.
