The Bulgarian parliament has voted in favor of having a summer holiday for MPs from 1-21 August.
The MPs in the National Assembly voted unanimously in favor of giving themselves a holiday - 196 in favor of the GERB proposal, 1 BSP Mp voted against with 6 MPs abstaining.
No plenary sessions will be held in the period but as had already been announced by the new GERB government commissions that have to prepare new laws will continue to work through the holiday.
