The global economic crisis has left 38 million people worldwide without job since its first signs appeared.

This was announced by the International Labor Organization (ILO), the Bulgarian informational agency, BTA, reported.

According to ILO senior adviser, Verena Schmid, the employment rate will go back to its levels from before the crisis between 2015-2018.

No country will manage to record a positive economic growth in the next year-year and a half, despite all the measures taken by the European Union, Schimd said. Most of the member countries have not year achieved the aim to put aside 1,5% of their gross domestic product, as a buffer n the crisis.
