German Youth Dies in Bulgaria's Sunny Beach Resort

An 18-year-old German tourist has died in a hotel in Bulgaria's Black Sea resort of Sunny Beach, Burgas police reported Tuesday.

The tragic incident allegedly occurred after the youth had been drinking alcohol with his friends, they had then been chasing around the corridors of the hotel.

He died when he ran into a glass door leading to the hotel's stairs. A part of the glass in the door cut his main artery. Despite the blood loss he managed to climb the stairs to the second floor, where he was found dead.
