A civilian helicopter has crashed in Afghanistan's southern Helmand province, NATO and UK military officials say.

NATO said the aircraft was carrying civilian workers, and that two people had died, the BBC reported.

US military spokeswoman, Lt Cmdr Christine Sidenstricker, said the helicopter was a civilian aircraft.
