Bulgaria is about to enter a state waste on crisis July 16 due to the indolence of the outgoing Prime Minister, Sergey Stanishev.

Bulgaria future PM and leader of the elections winner GERB, Boyko Borisov stated that Stanishev used to do "extremely stupid stuff", while waste depots had to be built, Darik Radio reported.

"In a few days Bulgaria will be sanctioned and will be buried in trash. The state has no money, the municipalities have not negotiated about anything, while the ruling parties have been dealing with elections campaigns for three months", Borisov said.

In his words, there are two main priorities that stay before him. The first one is the capital Sofia - to finish the subway, to lay new asphalt on the streets, and to open new places in the kindergartens.

Borisov's second priority is the Parliament and the formation of the new government. He also said that electoral law must be passed in the beginning of a ruling, not in the end.

"The European Commission report will be issued July 22, and then it will be clear what the government did. We will have to answer the criticism in order to deal with the problems, and manage to unfreeze the EU funds. Public bids for Trakiya highway must be organized immediately. In order to do so, I have summoned the Road Infrastructure Agency to discuss the projects, the bids, and the financing. All highways must be constructed as soon as possible", Borisov said.
