The Bulgarian police have arrested two more suspects for the Hollywood-style action that took place in the town of Svoge Friday morning.

Early on Friday, two men tried to steal a luxury jeep at the Bov Station, just northeast east of Sofia, near the town of Svoge. After a police patrol chased after them, they wounded one of the police, who is in a critical condition in the Pirogov hospital in Sofia.

The two men were eventually captured and admitted they were part of a four-men gang of robbers so in the after the police managed to bust their two accomplices - a 37-year-old man from the town of Lyubimets in Southeast Bulgaria, and a 32-year-old man from the Kremikovtzi Quarter in Sofia.

The police are continuing the investigation, and the prosecution is about to charge the suspect and request their permanent detention.

As the condition of the wounded 40-year-old policeman is still critical, the Press Center of the Interior Ministry has issued a call to all people in Sofia with "A"-positive blood type to donate blood for the officer. Other policemen in Sofia have already donated blood.
