The Sofia City Court has canceled Tuesday the legal procedures against former director of the Bulgarian State Agriculture Fund and the SAPARD Agency.

The case against Asen Drumev has been returned to the Prosecutor's Office for additional explanation of some of the circumstances.

The court says that it is unclear to whom the damage is caused.

Asen Drumev is accused of criminal breach of trust. According to the prosecutors, he signed three contracts, by which he caused BGN 500 000 losses to the State Agriculture Fund.

However, the indictment does not say whether the damage is caused to the Fund or to the Finance Ministry.
