Coroner: Gruesome Tabloid Report of Michael Jackson Autopsy Fake

The Office of the LA County Coroner has dismissed as report of Michael Jackson's autopsy published in the UK tabloid The Sun as fabricated.

Even though the results of Michael Jackson's autopsy completed Friday were deferred pending toxicology tests that could take up to 6 weeks to complete, and the report is kept secret, the UK tabloid The Sun has published a report with gruesome details about the condition of Jacko's body that it claims was the real autopsy report.

"The report that is being published did not come from our office. I don't know where that information came from, or who that information came from. It is not accurate. Some of it is totally false', the LA Coroner's spokesman said as quoted by the LA Times.

Jackson's body was released to the family on Friday. A private pathologist completed a second autopsy on Saturday.
