The CEC decision to register the VMRO-BND and the Coalition including several of the fractioned agrarian unions was annulled Monday.

The news was announced by the Central Electoral Commission spokespeople, Ralitsa Negentsova and Alexander Alexandrov.

CEC rejected the initial registration after a checkup revealed that the above political formations failed to collect the required signatures, thus reducing the number of parties and coalitions to participate in the July 5 parliamentary elections to 14 and 4 respectively.

The decision to annul the registration is not in effect for parties that already registered on the ballot of another party or in coalition with other formations, which is good news for VMRO because they forged Saturday a coalition with "Order, Law and Justice" party of Yane Yanev.

The decision can be appealed in a 24-hour period after its publication.

The numbers with which those formations were registered will remain on the ballot but their names will be taken out and the margins will be narrower.
