Bulgaria Conservative Party Leaders Awarded by US Congress

Leader of Bulgarian conservative party "Order, Law, Justice" (RZS), Yane Yanev, and there main EP Parliament candidate Dimitar Abadzhiev, have been awarded by the US Congress.

Yanev and Abadzhiev received their award for attempting to fight corruption in Bulgaria at all levels, the RZS press center announced Saturday.

The award was presented by Donna Steiger, who is an advisor to the US Congress and Senate and Chairperson of the International Tribunal of crimes against humanity in the area of inequality.

Abadzhiev is campaigning alongside Yanev on Saturday, the day before Bulgarian voters elect their new European Parliament representatives.
