Hungarian State Investigation Bureau has arrested two Bulgarians, a Syrian, and three Hungarians who allegedly faked EUR.
The suspects were detained for faking and distributing EUR 200 bills, the Hungarian police announced Friday.
The investigators confiscated 97 fake bills from the three Hungarians on April 27 in Budapest.
The Bulgarians and the Syrian were busted on May 19, after the investigation showed that they also took part in the crime.
The two Bulgarians have criminal records for the same kind of illegal activities.
