Bulgaria’s Wine-maker Domaine Boyar Wins Medals at Concours Mondial de Bruxelles 2009

The Bulgarian wine producer Domaine Boyar International has won three medals at the prestigious Belgian competition Concours Mondial de Bruxelles.

The Bulgarian company carried one gold and two silver medals for some of its most popular products. Thus, Domaine Boyar got three of the total of ten medals received by Bulgarian wine producers at Concours Mondial de Bruxelles

DB Reserve Cabernet Sauvignon 2007 has received a gold medal, whereas DB Reserve Cabernet&Merlot 2007 and DB Cabernet Sauvignon received silver medals. These wines are widely popular in both Bulgaria and Belgium.

The company has included DB Reserve Cabernet Sauvignon 2007 and DB CabernРµt Sauvignon 2008 in a promotional campaign starting May 1, 2009, in Bulgaria under the motto "Money for Quality", which is on every bottle of wine from these series.

Concours Mondial de Bruxelles was founded in 1994. In its 2009 edition, the jury consisting of 250 taster experts from 41 countries, tried 6 289 anonymous samples from 54 countries.
