The software giant Microsoft have signed an OEM (Original Equipment Manufacturer) contract with one of the leading IT equipment companies in Bulgaria, Asbis.

OEM is a company that uses a component made by a second company in its own product, or sells the product of the second company under its own brand.

It is the first contract of this kind signed by Bulgarian company for the last seven or eight years.

Asbis Bulgaria is part of Asbis International, a Cyprus based IT components company with market presence extended to Central-Eastern Europe, the Baltic States, the former Soviet Union, the Middle East and North Africa.
