The insurance company "Victoria Plc" has signed a contract for insuring the Bulgaria's state agency "State reserve and War-Time Stocks" for a total of BGN 636 700.

Two more companies took part in the public procurement contest. The contestants had to present financial reports for 2008, and supply information for the last three years. The companies were required to have positive profit until June 30, 2008.
