The remaining 11 episodes of the TV reality "Fear Factor" will be aired with special signals and additional parent control warnings.

The agreement has been reached after talks between the management of the TV channel "Nova Televizia" (New Television), which airs the show, the show's producer and the members of the Bulgarian Council for Electronic Media (SEM).

SEM urgently summoned the TV management to a meeting after the tragic incident involving a 13-year-old boy from the Danube town of Kozloduy, who died on March 24 while imitating the show.

It remains unclear if the show will be moved to the late night program lineup of the TV channel. Despite earlier information that it would and the high ratings of the show in the 4 to 14 age group, SEM had not asked Nova Televizia to air the show after 11 pm, citing the fact that in many European countries and the US, "Fear Factor" is shown during primetime - between 7 pm and 11 pm. In addition, SEM has received only one complaint from the "Parents" Association, regarding the show.
