The annual inflation in the Euro Area is expected to be 0,6% in March 2009.
The data was released in a flash estimate issued by Eurostat, the Statistical Office of the European Communities.
This is the lowest level of the index since the introduction of the EUR in 1999.
The annual inflation in Euro Area was 1,2% in February.
