Atanas Angelov and Rumen Yankov, both from the southern Bulgarian town of Parvomay, showed up at the Plovdiv District Prosecutor's Office after news emerged about the notes taken out of the water.

A third person was taken into custody in the operation, but the prosecuting authority declines to share more details as of the moment.
