Ankara Twin Blast Death Toll Rises to 95

The number of victims of a twin blast in Turkey's capital Ankara has risen to 95, according to the Prime Ministry's Coordination Center.

On Saturday, two explosions rocked the two entrances of Ankara's main train station as supporters of pro-Kurdish HDP party were gathering for a peace rally.

H?rriyet Daily News quoted officials as saying that a total of 246 people were under treatment, with 48 of them being in intensive care. 

No-one immediately claimed responsibility.

However, the outwaled Kurdistan Workers' Party (PKK), on which Turkey has renewed a bombing campain over the past months, released a declaration calling for end to hostilities and saying it would not commit attacks if it is not targeted anymore.

English-language BGN News reported on Saturday afternoon that Twitter and Facebook had become "inaccessible" hours after the blasts occurred.
