Cost Effectiveness, Talented Crews Draw Film Makers to Bulgaria’s NuBoyana Studios, CEO Tells Xinhua

The CEO of Bulgaria-based NuBoyana Film Studios, Yariv Lerner, has told Xinhua that the shooting of The Expendables 4 and another movie with Morgan Freeman is in the pipeline for the company.

Lerner told the Chinese news agency that the stidio has hosted the production of 180 world blockbusters with filmmakers from the United States, Russia, Italy, Germany, Turkey and Israel having already worked there.

Lower prices at Boyana compared with western Europe and the United States , the studio’s high cost effectiveness, its ‘very, very talented crews’ and easy filming conditions in Bulgaria are the main reasons drawing film producers to NuBoyana, Lerner explained.
