Today's Quote: Is Forceps a Good Basis for Progress?

"Good basis for progress," EU Commission President's Head of Cabinet Martin Selmayr wrote on Twitter after Greek PM Alexis Tsipras sent a new reforms proposal by his country to international lenders ahead of a crucial summit on Greece's debt crisis.

"In German: a forceps delivery," he added just a sentence later.
