''A monthly healthcare installment is BGN 16.80, so as I was watching the ethnic turmoil in Orlandovtsi on TV, I saw a lot of people all carrying coffee and cigarettes,'' said Healthcare Minister Petar Moskov. '' If you save up the money and don't buy coffee and cigarettes for three days, then you will have enough money for healthcare installments.''

The statement of the minister was made on account of the critique expressed towards the practice of people not paying for their healthcare installments, because they don't have enough money. He added that in his opinion, everyone is able to afford that amount per month.

Moskov added that he will be aiming at protecting every person who has paid their healthcare installments throughout the years.
