Bulgaria has the eighth cheapest local beer in the world, shows a survey of the Global Post website, based on data of UN Office of Drugs and Crime. 

A half-liter bottle of locally produced beer in Bulgaria costs USD 0.77. It is the cheapest in Vietnam – USD 0.59 and most expensive in Iran – USD 7.24. In the Czech republic, known for its quality lager, a bottle costs USD 0.70.

A bottle of wine of average quality is the cheapest in Moldova – USD 2.97 and most expensive in Saudi Arabia, where alcohol consumption is generally forbidden – USD 99.99.

A pack of Marlboro cigarettes is the cheapest in Pakistan – USD 1.02 and most expensive in Australia – USD 16.23.  

Pakistan also has the cheapest can of Coca-Cola – USD 0.33. It is the most expensive in Switzerland – USD 4.43. 

A regular cappuccino is the cheapest in Ethiopia – USD 0.64 for a cup. In Denmark it costs USD 5.95. 

Fast food in Norway is the most expensive in the world. A combo meal at McDonald's, or a similar chain costs USD 11.46. It is followed by Venezuela, where it goes for USD 10.96. The same is the cheapest in the Philippines – USD 2.13. 

A gram of cocaine is the cheapest in Bolivia and Colombia – USD 3.50 and most expensive in Australia – USD 300. 

A gram of cannabis in India costs just USD 0.08. It is most expensive in the UAE – USD 110.

A tablet of MDMA (ecstasy) can be bought the cheapest in Poland – USD 1.70 and Serbia – USD 2.65. 

A gram of heroin in Kenya can be bought for USD 1.90 and for USD 3.65 in Afgahnistan, while in Brunei the price is USD 1330.40. In the USA the price is USD 200. 

Methamphetamine is the most expensive in Australia – USD 641.60 per gram, while in Laos it costs just USD 1.
