Bulgarian striker Dimitar Berbatov made his debut for Monaco in Sunday night's 1:1 draw against league leaders Paris Saint-Germain (PSG).

Berbatov was not in the starting lineup of Claudio Ranieri's team, but came in at the 64th minute, when his side was losing 0:1. Just 10 minutes after his entrance, the home team equalized through an own goal of PSG defender Thiago Silva.

The 33-year-old Bulgarian will be remembered with several passes in his 25 minutes on the pitch, however he could not get himself into a goal-scoring opportunity.

Monaco failed to close in on the league leaders, remaining 5 points behind in second place. Their next game is away to Bastia, and Berbatov will be looking for his first goal with the red and white shirt.
