Interior Minister, Tsvetan Tsvetanov, had firmly rejected media reports that Bulgarian border police have arrested the accomplice of the perpetrator of the terror act in the Bulgarian Black Sea city of Burgas.

Approached by journalists Thursday afternoon, Tsvetanov was adamant that nothing in the reports was true and denied having any information on any arrest connected to the terror act.

The news about the alleged arrest was broken first by the Burgas-based site Bessove.bg, citing their own insider sources from the border police.

The July 18 bus bombing killed five Israeli tourists and a Bulgarian bus driver in the Bulgarian Black Sea city of Burgas.
