Bulgaria, Senegal to Ink Bilateral Political Consultations Memorandum

Bulgaria and Senegal will sign a memorandum on bilateral political consultations, as the African nation's Foreign Minister Madike Niang is to visit Bulgaria on October 27 and October 28.

Niang, who is invited by his Bulgarian counterpart Nikolay Mladenov, will become the first Senegalese top diplomat to have ever visited Bulgaria, the Balkan country's Ministry of Foreign Affairs has announced.

On Thursday, Bulgarian and Senegalese officials will hold a meeting on which bilateral relations will be discussed, as well as the situation in Libya and Ivory Coast.

Mladenov and Niang will sign a memorandum on bilateral political consultations between the two countries' Foreign Ministries.
