Privatization Speed-up Expected*

The Bulgarian government set up six working groups in charge of the privatization of state telecom BTC, tobacco producer Bulgartabac, Boyana movie center, Navigation Maritime Bulgare, Bulgarian River Shipping and the energy sector.

It is an obvious attempt to speed up the privatization proces, which was delayed during the past couple of months. Chief of all working groups was apointed privatization agency director L. Hampartzoumian, which shows the importance of the deals.
