Canadian Pop Star Picks Bulgarian Folk Song as Favorite

Popular Canadian singer, guitar player and musician, Bryan Adams, has listed a Bulgarian folk song as his favorite musical piece.

On his personal page in the March issue of one of the best-known music magazines, SONGLAINES, based in London, the musician has listed as his favorite the Bulgarian folk song "Danyova Mama ("Dan's Mother"), performed by Bulgarian folk singer, Binka Dobreva.

Another Bulgarian performer is also a favorite of the Canadian star – Milen Slavov with "Slow Melody & Bagpipe Imitation".

Dobreva is a soloist of the world-renown Bulgarian folk choir "The Mystery of Bulgarian Voices," and the song is one of her top hits.
