Police Arrest 3 in Sofia's Lyulin Brutal Murder

Sofia police have arrested the perpetrators of the murder of a 68-year-old woman in the capital's Lyulin district last week.

Two men are behind bars for 72 hours before facing the judge, and one minor accomplice – for 24 hours.

All three have long rap sheets – the men B.S. and T.K. have been arrested and registered for theft, robberies, and destruction of property. T.K. has seven effective sentences and one suspended, while B.S. has three effective ones with probation and one suspended.

The minor is also known to the police.

The investigation established that the woman died from a serious skull trauma from a blunt object.

Two cell phones and gold jewelry were stolen from her home. The inquiry is continuing.
